I’m a Carlsberg Foundation Fellow at the University of Cambridge, based at the Kavli Institute for Cosmology (KICC) and the Cavendish Laboratory. I completed my Ph.D. at the University of Copenhagen in December 2025, advised by Jens Hjorth. Prior to that, I obtained my M.Sc. from Leiden Observatory.

I’m primarily interested in galaxy formation and evolution, and tend to approach this subject through a combination of observational and theoretical techniques. I make extensive use of James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) data, particularly from NIRCam and NIRSpec. I analyse these data using a spectral energy distribution (SED) fitting code of my own design (genesis; public release forthcoming). I model the inferred galaxy properties, with a focus on understanding the merger, star formation, chemical enrichment, dust production, and feedback histories of early-universe galaxies.
